We ship orders out to customers once ALL items in the order are available to ship.
For example - If you pre-order or order multiple items in the same order and "Product 1" releases January 1st and the other item in your order "Product 2" releases on June 1st, then NOTHING will ship until the last item in your order is ready. This means your order will not ship until shortly before June 1st.
Pre-ordering multiple items together in this way may allow customers to combine shipping for a potentially lower cost. However, please note - your shipment of items IS delayed until the last item in your order releases.
If you want to get your items as soon as possible - please place separate orders for the items so you are not delayed in shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
If you end up making multiple purchases (thank you!) and want to combine them into a single shipment to save costs, just open a support ticket or e-mail us at email@example.com. We will gladly assist you with modifying your order as best as we can.
