If you need to modify your shipping address on existing, currently placed orders, please open a support ticket or send an e-mail to us at support@dispatchgames.com.   We will send you a confirmation message once the order(s) have been updated.

NOTE - While you can update the address on your account - this does not update any of your existing, currently placed orders - these will need to be adjusted manually on our end.

If your order has already begun shipping and you are no longer at the address on the order -  you should contact your local post office to request your shipment be held so you can intercept it or set up mail-forwarding to have your order re-routed to your correct address.  Your order may be returned to us if the delivery service cannot properly deliver the item.
