We use strong packaging when we ship out our items, but even so - things can happen.


We will look at each order issue on a case by case basis. Please open a support ticket or e-mail us at support@dispatchgames.com

Please attach pictures of the damaged item and packaging to your support ticket. If your ticket is approved you will recieve an RMA# and details to return the item(s) back to us.  We will ship a replacement to you once we receive the original materials back.  NOTE - Be aware that these requests need to be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
